George has spent the majority of his career in the builder’s risk space, first as an underwriter at ACE Westchester and later as a wholesale broker with RT Specialty. With exposure to a diverse range of project types, construction classes, and geographies, George understands the ins and outs of the builder’s risk space and enjoys building relationships with distribution partners.

Ryan is a graduate of the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business. He holds a degree in Risk Management and Insurance as well as several insurance-specific designations including the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Associate in Risk Management (ARM), and the Associate in Reinsurance (ARe). Prior to joining BlueSkyRisk and TCR, Ryan spent ten and half years in the Large Commercial Property division of Zurich Insurance, finishing his time there as a Property Underwriting Manager. Ryan is married to Laurel Murphy and has a daughter, Lucy.

Bryson is a graduate from The University of Georgia – The Terry College of Business with a BBA in Risk Management & Insurance, including a minor in Spanish. He hopes to obtain his CPCU designation in the near future and eventually work in the London market.

Ethan Padinor a undergraduate student from Georgia State University's – Robinson College of Business pursuing a BBA in Risk Management & Insurance. He hopes to obtain his CPCU designation in the near future.
